The Importance of Spreading Love
I’ve been making it a point to become more engaged and interactive with my audience. By doing that I’ve been spreading a lot of love, support, and positivity to others. Personally, I enjoy doing this for others because I know it comes from a sense of genuine place in my heart. Like I mentioned in my previous post, sometimes we have to move outside of ourselves and be mindful of how much an act of love can be for person or even for yourself.
One of the most important things we’re taught as children is the golden rule; treat others the way you want to be treated. We grow up learning to share, play with others, use our manners while showing kindness and compassion. It’s important that these ideals do not get lost as we grow as people.
We as people are writing our own story. We don't know what someone goes through on a day to day basis. It is so important that we as people continue to support and love one another instead of putting each other down. It's simple, be kind to others. Surround yourself with people who value kindness the same way you do. Allow yourself to put yourself in someone else's shoes to attempt to understand what they're dealing with. Don't judge someone if you've just met them. There's so much more to people than meets the eye. Be open to accepting and loving people for who they are, faults and all.
Love and kindness engraves an unforgettable memory and feeling in our hearts believe it or not. Personally, It warms my heart the amount of feedback I receive from PYM content and I feel that it’s my duty to project that same energy. Psychologically, people who are positive in their approach to others and to life in general are less likely to be depressed or anxious. Not only that, but spreading love invites positive things to enter your life and can also counteracts hate. I encourage us all to spread love. Whether that’s being there for a friend in their time of need, showing appreciation to someone when they least expect it, or expressing gratitude to a loved one. Be kind to others, life is so much greater when we resort to love and not hate.
