Keep Calm and Forgive Yourself
Of course we know forgiveness is a good thing, but do we truly understand the sole purpose of forgiveness? Being forgiving frees us from bitterness and anger, emotions that not only don’t feel good but can also disrupt our physical health and hold us back from all the good we might achieve and experience. I know many of us have worked on forgiving others. But what about forgiving ourselves?
Even building the consistency about offering forgiveness to others, why do we make it hard to forgive ourselves?
